Crock Pot Fajitas

This is a great recipe to serve as is or to prep everything and place in freezer bags for a freezer meal at a later date!

Ingredients:
  • 4 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 medium – large white onion, sliced vertically
  • 1 green pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 red pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 cans (10 oz.)  diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin 
Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot
2. Slice onion and peppers, place in crock pot
3. Add diced tomatoes
4. Add garlic, chili powder and cumin
**MRS DASH has a great Taco seasoning if you prefer to use that

5.Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4. Pull chicken out, shred and place back in crock pot.
6.Serve with your favourite fajita toppings and a side salad.
