The holidays are inching closer and this has meant social gatherings and festive food. It's a time where I seem to always have excuses to over indulge, not workout and set my usual New Years resolution!

Not this year....this year I have included a balance into my routine incorporating workouts daily. Pushing myself to sweat so that I can enjoy the extra glass of wine or the piece of dessert. As New Years approaches....I don't have to make that dreaded New Years resolution to make 2016 my best year because I did that in 2015 and I stuck to it!

These groups are FULL of support and motivation on a daily basis to help a girl get through those first few weeks and see the success that you can have! Now I know, it's not for everyone and I am OK with that!!!! But there are women out there who are just like me wanting a little extra support, some fun and the easiness of being able to do this all from home. I get it, I have a two year old and it doesn't make it easy to roll out of bed and do it, but I know for a fact that after every workout....I have never said "I wish I had of slept in more"
