JOIN the 7 Day FREE Fitness Challenge

This program has pushed me beyond anything I truly ever thought I could do. I have NEVER been a cardio gal, I am more of a let me lift weights and see if I can tone kinda gal. This program as lightened and toned areas I have been trying to target FOREVER!!!

I have my month 1 photos that I will share with you all and I can't even believe them!!!

My legs have gotten so much more stronger and my shoulders/arms are actually becoming defined!

I think my favourite part about doing the at home workouts is you can't have that much down time....at the gym I would do a move and walk around a bit but with the workouts...you're being pushed to keep going, jump right back in. If you need a break, that's ok....but jump right back in.

I have to give credit to the home workouts because I would NOT be able to get to where I am while balancing home life and children!

I am starting to transition my diet a little more laser focused.....with having severe endometriosis nutrition and exercise is SO important with being able to cope with pain and leverage it. Since I have began my journey, it's decreased significantly.....but now, I am interested in focusing more on the Endo Diet or more so a Whole 30 plan. At this point, I am just trying to figure out how to do that and incorporate it with my family....but stay tuned!!!

This is a peek at what my meal plan looks like this week! I will be having some superfoods shakes for breakfast and fajita bowls for lunch.
Sunday: 21 DF stuffed pasta shells and salad

We just use wraps as the base....and make them as you wish!
Saturday: Thanksgiving
