Goals for the Week and Weekly Meal Plan

It feels SO out of sorts to not be following a specific program. Chris and I both agree that when you are tackling a new program it feels like a challenge to make it through all of the workouts. We tried Beachbody on Demand but our Wifi is slightly slow! SO, we will be ordering our next program this week......we are debating which one it will be P90X3 or Body Beast



In the meantime, we are going to start fresh with month 1 of Insanity. It seems to be our happy medium with workouts. Chris feels the 21 Day Fix isn't enough for him so well, I just go with what he is interested in since he is getting up with me at 6am.

This week will be:
Monday-Cardio Challenge
Tuesday- Tabata Power
Wednesday-Sweat Intervals
Thursday-Tabata Power
Friday- Friday Fight 1

Meal prepping will happen on Monday and my goal with this is to have all of our lunches prepped in a grab and go format....something similar to Bento boxes:)

Here is our meal plan for this week, we didn't get to having the Sweet Potato Sliders, so those are on the list again this week...hope you have a wonderful week!!!
