This morning I sat down with my cup of tea while to finalize my meal plan and fill out my grocery list. A new challenge group is beginning for me and I am more than excited....with 30 women who have decided to join me on this journey.
This challenge is going to focus on reducing stress and anxiety and focusing the 30 mins solely on me. Focusing on strengthening my body from the outside inward as well as my breathing. This isn't a time to think about the MILLION other things that are on my to do list, this is solely time for me(and my husband) to focus purely on us.
This week we will be continuing with the Body Beast workouts and incorporating the 21 Day Fix meal plan simply because it's so easy.
What I have noticed over the past few weeks:
1-my core is becoming more defined
2-I can do more than 5 decline pushups
3-my arms are more defined now than they ever were
4-my nutrition is still on check regardles of the few cheats I have had, but I am still making progress
Begin to focus on incoporating 5-6 small meals a day and feeding your body at regular intervals and drinking half your body weight in ounces of water! This can become an everyday routine that is sustainable over time...check out my meal plan for the next week!
