As the fall weather begins to set in I begin to think of ALL things fall. Pumpkin Spice everything, Apple Crisp and Crock Pot Meals. I am not much for one to decorate for the fall but I do love adding a little bit to the fornt porch, some mums and white pumpkins for this year!
So many exciting things happening this month!
Chris and I have officially kicked off an official round of Body Beast Bulk....1 week in and we are already noticing some BIG changes. Our nutrition has been on point and we are hoping with the Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend to stay on track as possible.
The weekend of October 17th brings us a Team Building retreat with my upline coach Danielle Melanson and other team members in Toronto. The 18th I have a VIP ticket to see Autumn Calabrese with a photo opportunity, a live workout and Q&A.....are you serious?! I am SOOO excited!!!
And next......beginning this past summer I started to run a FREE monthly challenge group with a different theme each month. This month is focusing on Crock Pot Meals! I will be posting a new crock pot meal each day, along with the grocery list and a core exercise of the day! It's going to be fun and interactive!
