We decided that 2016 we would commit to completing a program start to finish including the nutrition plan as on track as we possibly can to show all of you what these programs can do for you
AND.......our package arrived JUST in time to get some planning and prepping done for the kick start of our New Year New You Challenge!!!!
I have spent my ENTIRE New Years morning reading through the booklet. It looks like it follows the 21 Day Fix meal plan exactly, using the colour coded portion control containers. This will make things easier since I am already familiar with the meal plan. The workouts include 6 workouts per week with 1 rest day on Thursdays closing out at a full 60 day program(which brings us JUST before our cruise!)
Equipment required for the program are weights, resistance bands, a bench/stability ball, floor mat and chin up bar.
Each day we begin our day with taking Beachbodys Performance Energize...you might have had me refer to it as E&E but this stuff is DYNAMITE! Its like a "lemon sparkle flavour" and it WILL improve your performance, endurance, energy and the ability to push yourself that much further in your worout AND you will have a zero jittery side effect from it.
Here is what our Meal Plan for week 1 will look like! I have my grocery list written out and ready to go for the weekend....prepping will be completed on Sunday.
Next on the to do list is to get our before photos, measurements and weight. Most of you already know that I am NOT someone who focuses on the scale....photos and measurements will be your best form of success!
Lets put 2015 behind us and embrace 2016 to living our best life....controlling what we can control and celebrating the successes along the way!!!
