With the trip coming up I have decided to face the last 10 pounds and focus on getting back to the basics. I am guilty of staying laser focused and then having a few drinks and falling off track but I want to prove to myself that I can do this.
I sat down today and wrote out my plan:
1. I have recommitted to the 21 Day Fix
This is the program that I lost my initial weight with and this is the program that is going to help me take it back to the basics focusing on nutrition, working out and hydrating myself
2. I have made a meal plan
You know the saying "Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail" and it's so true!! Which is why I highly recommend having your meal plan laid out. You might not stick to it 100% and you might switch some nights up but thats ok...at least you know you have the foods in the house that you need!
3. I have saved a motivational picture to my phone
I did this simply because it's the first thing I will see MANY times when I open my phone, a visual reminder to help me stay focused on my goals!
