All that stuff takes time and I quickly learned by the weight I was putting on that it wasn't helping me in the "feel good about myself" department. I dressed in layers ALL the time...even on hot summer days. I didn't feel confident in my own skin. There's this whole "just love yourself" campaign and I AGREE 100% but there is a difference in loving yourself the way you are and loving yourself because of who you are!
My goal is to help other women begin to love themselves for who they are, to begin to figure out how they can take control of their day and squeeze in 30 minutes of exercise for themselves.
