This program has been kept pretty hush hush over the past few weeks while they completed the test group and while the final results are POURING out-I am sitting over here wanting my hands on it now!!!

Shaun T created this program because since he has become a new dad to twins he is finding less time to be in the gym. He wanted something quick and to the point that ANYONE could find time for!

What do I need for this program?

The only equipment you need for this program is a step which will be included in your bundle!


When can I get my hands on this program?

The program will be released on December 4th for the pre-launch and it will go LIVE in our Beachbody On Demand January 14th for anyone that has purchased the prerelease. Our accountability group will also begin January 14th!
