It is officially summer now which means its time for sunscreen, watermelon and picnics! The smell of summertime is energizing in itself. Now with having a toddler this summer I feel like our days will look a little different with trying to keep him busy. Playing outside, trips to the park....oh boy, I better Pinterest some ideas for our summer days:)
I find summer time more difficult to stay on track because of all of the summer events, BBQ's and ice cream temptations. My plan this summer is to control what I can, when I can with of course the odd treat here and there. I am not a perfectionist, I am just someone who has goals and focuses on trying my best. I don't want a six pack, I just want to feel good in my own clothes. Often, I am that girl trying on outfit after outfit until I find something that I am comfortable in.....it was time to change that:)
So...here's my plan for the next few weeks moving into July as I plan for my trip to Nashville for Coach Summit.
-We are following the 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts
-We are following the 21 Day Fix original meal plan
-We plan on working out 5 days a week with a bonus of the 6th day if possible
-I want to attempt the countdown to competition meal plan the week before Nashville
So far this week has been on par with workouts and meal plans!
A new support group for accountability and motivation began this past Monday and is off to one heck of a start. With closing one group Monday and opening another it was incredible to read all of the participants success. Between 5 of them they lost a combined 46lbs in 21 days using the 21 Day Fix program and Shakeology....
