I have to say that week one WAS manageable of Hammer and Chisel! It feels good to get back on track after the holidays and to embrace 2016 with the mental, emotional and physical lifestyle change I am looking to make.
We committed to this program along side our challengers January 4th which will lead us right up to the week before we leave on the Success Club Cruise, being in a bathing suit in front of everyone is all the motivation THIS gal needs!!!!
We decided that we were going to do WEEKLY progress photos to help keep our focus and motivate us to keep going....photos and measurements are your BEST form of progress!!!

This past weekend was a test but I managed to make it through...dinner was out with my fellow Diamond Coaches and it was Thai....DELISH! I counted it as my cheat meal and Saturday morning I was up and requested Fruit and Yogurt, a Tea and 2 Boiled Eggs for breakfast. Shakeology for lunch with a workout at Super Saturday kept me in line with my weekly goal!
Looking forward to this week! Our workouts are set for 6am, for US....its just what works. I 100% know that if we don't get up and get it done, it won't happen. Energize is the firs thing we drink and downstairs we head for our workouts!
This week shouldn't be too much of a test, although we are potty training SO it will mean A LOT of time at home!!!
I have our meal plan done and our groceries purchased.....meal prep is the next thing on the list! If I don't have some sort of a game plan laid out everything because too overwhelming and I don't know where to focus my energy. From that....that's when I make poor choices. Staying centered and focused this week setting my intentions and maintaining my strength.
Our next accountability group will begin February 1st<3
